This year's Brighton Music Conference takes place on 24-27 April

The full programme has been announced for this year's Brighton Music Conference, which is being held at the British Airways i360 beachfront conference centre on 25-26 April, with BMC-related events taking place at venues across the city from 24-27 April.

As ever, you can expect the usual mix of workshops, seminars, panel discussions and technology showcases by day, and parties by night. In total, over 200 speakers will be in attendance, including representatives from the likes of Radio 1, PRS for Music, BIMM, Defected/Glitterbox, Ultra Music, Glasgow Underground, R&S Records, Toolroom, Beatport, Focusrite Novation, Help Musicians UK, Loopmasters and Hospital Records.

Panel discussions will cover topics such as Touring Tips & Pitfalls and Getting Paid When DJs Play Your Music, while keynote speeches/interviews will feature David Morales, Paul Oakenfold, Friction and Shadow Child. Among the tech companies showing off their latest wares will be Focusrite Novation, Pioneer, Steinberg and Native Instruments, while in The Label Lounge you'll get a chance to play your demo to A&R representatives from Skint, Cr2, Glasgow Underground, Champion, Sola, Audio Rehab and many other leading electronic music imprints (though note that this is limited to 75 people and costs an extra £45).

Opportunities to learn and network abound, then! But once the sun's gone down, it's time to party, which you can do in the company of such esteemed selectors as those mentioned above plus Danny Rampling, Huxley, DJ Storm, Leftwing & Kody, Kevin McKay, Carl Finlow, Tom Middleton, Brandon Block, Rebekah, Norman Jay MBE and many more.

That's just a tiny taste of what's in store in Brighton – and the array of wristband options is also quite staggeringly complex, with prices ranging from £35 to the best part of £200. So for full details, hit up their website.
