The news follows last week's sold-out RUMORS street party in London
Israel's superstar progressive house and techno DJ Guy Gerber will be playing all night long at London's iconic Roundhouse venue on 9 September.
The Roundhouse, built as an engine shed for steam locomotives in 1847, opened as an arts venue in 1964 and was a focal point of London's 'counter-culture' in the 1960s, hosting legendary performances by the likes of Pink Floyd, The Rolling Stones and The Doors. It closed in 1983, but was reopened in 1996 and has remained open ever since, bar two years in the mid-00s when it closed to undergo major refurbishment.
Since then, it's been better known as a venue for rock and pop bands, cinema screenings and live theatre, but other iDJ-friendly acts scheduled to appear over the coming months include DJ Shadow on 7 October, a Tru Thoughts 18th birthday bash on 21 October, Mount Kimbie on 3 November and Goldie on 19 November.
Gerber's appearance follows the success of his first RUMORS street party in London last week. The UK debut of his Ibiza club night sold out in days, and was followed by an afterparty at fabric.
