It's the deep and tech-house duo's first visit to America
Their work has appeared on esteemed labels such as ViVA Music, Knee Deep In Sound, Toolroom, Relief, Mobilee, Hot Creations, Moon Harbour and Kaluki Music, not to mention their own successful Lost Records. They've held residencies at fabric and at Sankeys Ibiza, had their own monthly show on Rinse FM and won numerous DJ and production awards. Yet somehow, the deep and tech-house duo of Jon Kong and Chris Adie - now known as Leftwing : Kody rather than Leftwing & Kody - have never played in the USA.
That's about to change, though, with the announcement today of their first North American tour. The tour kicks off in Seattle on 27 September, and will visit five further cities in the US and Canada before coming to an end in Orlando, Florida on 14 October.
"We have waited so long to make our north American debut and now it’s finally here!" enthused Kody, announcing the news. "We’ve heard so much great stuff about the crowds across the pond from our friends, and we can’t wait to experience it for ourselves."
