Rumours that closure may be imminent appear to have been unfounded
Bristol venue Motion has revealed a packed programme for the winter-spring 2020 season, putting paid to fears that the club may have to close due to pressure from neighbouring property developments.
You can read the complete season's schedule below, but highlights include a visit from HAAi on 25 January, Artwork and Greg Wilson headlining for La Discotheque on 15 February, hip-hop/reggae/D&B extravaganza Beat Horizon on 24 February, and the triple-whammy of Honey Dijon, DJ Seinfeld and Eli Escobar on 13 March. And that's not to mention outings for Motion's regular drum & bass nights The Blast, Run and Hospitality – look out in particular for DJ Krust and Bryan Gee playing a special "Full Cycle Vs V Recordings" B2B set at Run on 8 February.
