It's the first new music from Noisia in what is to be their final year
Dutch D&B trio Noisia, who recently announced that they would be calling it a day at the end of 2020, have released their first new music of the year, in the form of the soundtrack to online multiplayer game Armajet.
The soundtrack for the jetpack-based game, which can be played on PC, iOS and Android, consists of just five tunes – The Ascent, Decloak, Hardskin, Vaporized and Wallhack – totalling just over 16 minutes of music. It's available on all major streaming platforms as of today, but you can check out two of the tracks below.
Noisia's Nik Roos said: "Armajet is a game with its roots in 90s twitch shooters: hardcore, unforgiving, instant, inhuman. The match with our music was obvious."
In other Noisia news, the trio are about to embark on the UK leg of their farewell world tour, with dates coming up in Nottingham (31 Jan), Sheffield (31 Jan) and Manchester (21 Feb). They'll then be back to play at Boomtown on 15 August.
