PREMIERE! 'Universal Peace' by Andrea Frisina

Progressive techno from Gate Null Recordings

2019 Dec 02
2 Bit Thugs

The EP's out next Monday (9 December) but you can stream the whole thing here today

Today's exclusive track premiere comes once more courtesy of our friends at Gate Null Recordings over in Italy, as iDJ brings you the first chance to hear the new EP from label boss Andrea Frisina. Universal Peace will be out next Monday (9 December).

Andrea Frisina should need little introduction to techno lovers by now. Heading up both Gate Null Recordings and sister label Gate Eins, his work has found support over the past 10 years from DJs as diverse as Umek, John Fleming, Shadow Child, Carl Cox, Nicole Moudaber and Richie Hawtin. And his latest offering, as you can hear below, is a no-nonsense techno driver led by a big, proggy, almost trance-y synth riff and topped with a sampled JFK speech.

The track comes served in Vocal and Dub flavas, which basically means with or without the sampled vocal. Check out both below and see which you prefer…
