This year's 25th anniversary event will take place in the real world, not online
The organisers of Amsterdam Dance Event have announced that the conference-cum-festival, which had to be staged virtually in 2020 for obvious reasons, will return in physical form this October – just in time for the 25th anniversary edition.
The event has only just been officially given the green light by the Amsterdam authorities, so details are understandably thin on the ground so far. But we do know that, as ever, there will be a mixture of daytime conference-style offerings (keynote speeches, workshops, panel discussions, seminars etc) back at ADE's original home of the Felix Meritis [pictured], for which you'll need an ADE Pro pass, and day and night-time parties that are open to general wristband holders.
Amsterdam Dance Event 2021 runs from Wednesday 13 to Sunday 17 October, with ADE Pro events all taking place Wednesday to Friday.
For more information and details of the various wristbands, passes and prices, see Amsterdam Dance Event's own website.
