The contests will once more be taking place online again this year
DMC have announced details of the 2021 World DJ Championships, which will once more be taking place online via video submissions, with the big news being the addition of four new competitions.
The new additions are the World Beat Juggling Championship, World All Vinyl Championship, World Foundation Championship and World Scratch Championship, which will be staggered throughout the year. The DMCs' four existing contests – the World DJ Championship, Battle For World Supremacy, World Portablist Championship and World DJ Team Championship – will also be staggered between now and December.

Note that the winners of the World All Vinyl and World Foundation competitions automatically qualify for the DMC World DJ Finals.
Also new to this year's tournaments is a 'watch-along', whereby judges and past champions will provide live commentary as the various DJs' submitted sets are aired online.
