New from Pittsburgh Modular Synthesizers comes the Microvolt 300, a semi-modular analogue monosynth that will retail for $629 (£450 approx).

The Microvolt 300 features a dual-VCA oscillator core, a custom state-variable binary filter, a 39-point, Eurorack-friendly 1/8-inch jack patchbay, an ADSR envelope generator, a function generator (which works as a voltage-controlled envelope, LFO and oscillator), an LFO, an arpeggiator and MIDI-to-CV control. The video below will give you more idea of the synth's capabilities.

The Microvolt 300 is due to start shipping at the end of April. For more information, see Pittsburgh Modular's own website.
