The Elite is optimised for use with Reloop's RP-8000 Mk 2 turntable

Reloop has announced the new Elite two-channel battle mixer for Serato DVS users.

Central to the Elite's performance capabilities are the 16 multi-coloured, velocity sensitive pads, which can be used to control up to 12 performance modes per deck, including two user modes. Track selection is taken care of via a central Browse section that can be operated with just one had. Under the hood, there's a 24-bit sound engine, while round the back you'll find twin USB 2.0 ports to make handovers between DJs as seamless as possible.

The mixer features Mini Innofader Pro faders for both channels and the crossfader, and there's discrete curve control and a Hamster (reverse) switch for all three. On the FX front, there are three assignable FX slots for Serato's FX section, with a level (wet/dry) control on a mini-fader rather than a knob. In addition to this, there's a separate Tweak FX knob which can be used for Filter, Crush, Flanger and White Noise FX.

The Elite will retail for €1,249 (£1,100 approx) and come bundled with the Serato DVS expansion pack and 2x Serato Control Records.
