Redux Saints' label have teamed up with streaming specialists Stream City
This weekend (Friday 19 February) will see the launch of DTLA Takeover, a new monthly livestream from California-based tech-house and deep tech label Deep Tech Los Angeles.
Redux Saints – known in real life as Jason Miller – launched DTLA in 2019. Since then, they've gone on to score 13 Beatport Top 100 placings, and seen their tracks streamed over half a million times. The DTLA crew have been running a series of livestreams under the Deep Tech Loft Party banner since lockdown began, but this new series will see them shifting things to the next level as, for the first time, they join forces with Stream City, a specialist streaming provider headed up by former meatspace events manager Stephen Jensen.
The inaugural DTLA Takeover stream will be broadcast from Stream City's purpose-built LA HQ, which has its own DJ booth and a 30-foot LED wall, and deck duties will be taken care of by Redux Saints himself [pictured], plus special guest Notorious Lynch. The event runs from 9pm-midnight EST (that's 5am-8am on Saturday in the UK) and is free to view.
What's more, there's a pair of Pioneer HDJ-X5 headphones on offer to one lucky participant, with the winner's name drawn at random from among those who sign up to Stream City's mailing list.
